Schönes Apartment "Haus Sabrina" im Bergdorf Gries

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Haus Sabrina is located in the mountain village of Gries at 1,600 meters above sea level. In winter, there is a practice ski lift, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails and much more right at your doorstep. The Sölden and Gurgl ski resorts are a few minutes' drive from Apartment Haus Sabrina. Many hiking opportunities with different levels of difficulty in summer. Tyrol's largest thermal spa Aqua Dome is a 10-minute drive.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The interior is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with spacious 2 pers. beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a a babybed and a washing machine.

Glanz & Glory Längenfeld - Sunnige Suite 4

Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

Two separate bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room offer plenty of space and privacy.

From January to February, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
