La casa tiene un ascensor para poder acceder más rápido de una planta a otra. El ascensor es grande para unas 6 personas. También hay una piscina privada con un jakuzzi y 3 cocinas. Una de las cocinas está situada en el jardín Justo al lado de la piscina con vistas al mar y a los campos de golf.
