The Mar Rosa salt flats, rich in iodine for skin treatments, are 1 km away, and on the other side lies the lake and the natural area of Torrevieja la Mata, ideal for hiking. Restaurants, shops and a bus stop are approximately 150 metres away, among other amenities. Note: The owner lives on the first floor
