A ground floor apartment located at the rear of a detached Georgian style building sharing a private rear entrance with one other apartment. Each flat has a dedicated parking spot, secure gated access to the main property by means of a key code gateway. The flat has its own kitchen with fridge and freezer and washing machine/dryer. The flat is sanitised every time it’s cleaned in line with covid cleaning spec. The flat comes with dedicated parking for two cars on the property next to the door.

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

The apartment is in a Grade II listed building, and is part of the Little Street Silk Mill site, which was one of the earliest Silk Mills in the historic silk town of Macclesfield. Little Street is restricted to traffic, which makes for a quieter location, despite its closeness to the town centre.
