If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. Golfing, hiking trails/biking, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, shopping, theatre, museum, Saturday farmers market, beaches, great restaurants, local breweries and wineries. Many local festivals and events throughout the summer months. Beautiful beach areas, only 5 minutes away. 5 golf courses within five to twenty minutes. Local YMCA (pool). A 5 minute walk the other way and you're in beautiful downtown Bayfield, where there are shops, parks, and an amazing variety of restaurants to choose from. *Note: there is a suite in the back where I am often in and out of throughout the year- I’ll be using it and the backyard, but I don't mind sharing! Neither do my 2 pups, Theos and Selwyn!
