Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.

From there it is a few minutes down the trail to the beautiful Goderich beaches where you can view one of the famous Goderich sunsets or spend a day relaxing on the beach. We are about a 2 min drive or max 10 min walk to the centre of town which Goderich calls 'The Square'. Goderich is known as the prettiest town in Canada and we couldn't agree more!
