Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hutchinson Island

This was by far the favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The attention-to-detail throughout the entire place was absolutely amazing. You can tell Linda poured so much love into it and you'll immediately feel it as soon as you walk in. It had a ton of interesting decor where I couldn't stop looking around at all the details. The space provided plenty of room to work and relax, and it had great WiFi to stay connected, although you'd probably rather be outdoors in the jungle garden where I wish I could have stayed forever. Linda and Ron were extremely responsive throughout my entire stay and provided wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants, sites to see, etc. There is a gym nearby and plenty of spots to eat at in town. Tea and Chi is a great shop to get some local loose leaf teas to bring home with you and the 21st Amendment Distillery was awesome -- Try the flight! Definitely book the Coconut Casita! Totally worth it! I'm hoping to come back here at least once a year.

My friend and I stayed in Jenae’s lovely home for about 2.5 weeks while I was recovering from orthopedic surgery in the area. We both absolutely loved this home! It was comfortable and cozy, and we spent many evenings hanging out in the living room, on the screened in porch, or enjoying dinner on the patio. The backyard is amazing and is a destination in itself with all the quirky decorations and plants. Even on hot spring days we were comfortable sitting under the patio awning. The house is near a major road so there is steady traffic noise, as well as trains coming through town a few times a day (in the distance), and many planes flying overhead due to the proximity to Stuart airfield. None of this bothered my friend or I at all. We both worked some remotely while we were at the house, and it didn’t interfere with work at all. In fact, we loved the proximity to the airport and literally spent hours in the backyard watching the eclectic mix of planes coming and going! No TV needed! :)

Sharalyn is a wonderful host! She messaged during our stay to make sure our needs were met and to see if there was anything we needed. You can tell she truly wants the best experience for her guests! This home is by far the best experience I’ve had with Airbnb, between the home and the host. The home was spotless and extremely clean. I am a clean freak and even I was at ease with the cleanliness of the home. You can tell attention to detail is a priority of Sharalyn’s. Our family enjoyed most of our time while at the home out on the back porch playing games and relaxing! She has created a truly comfortable space. The only negative thing I can think about is the fact that the house is located next to a daycare, but this wasn’t an issue at all. It was a surprise when showed up and saw the daycare next door. We were concerned that noise would be an issue, but it was never an issue for us. No traffic or noise complaints, which was a surprise! The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant.
