The home has plenty of space inside and outside. Nice and sheltered outdoor area with good seating, outdoor living room, barbecue and trampoline. There is sun on the outdoor area from about 10 am to 8:30 pm during summer. There is a well equipped gym in the house that can be used by appointment. 2-3 parking spaces for car by garage (Electric car can be charged against surcharge.)

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy, outside of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with about 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several swimming beaches, football field and a beautiful coastal path. Closest beach about 350 meters from the house has jetty, beach, playground and volleyball field. Here is also Ole3 which is a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bikes on the boat. The nearest food shop is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg pier with car.
