Thoughtfully designed, peaceful, and homey cabin with unobstructed views of the surrounding plain and mountains - and within an easy 15 minute drive of Borgarnes. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay here, one of the highlights of our time in Iceland. Margrét is a great host; responsive, conscientious, and proactive, even providing us with a heads up regarding new volcanic activity in the south of the country. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous scenery in a secluded location outside of Borgarnes. The space was very nice, beds comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Kitchen was easy to use and the large living room was a great space for four adults. We didn't have time to visit the animals but Fjola did offer. Great place to embark for a drive around the Snaefellsnes Peninsula.

Simply perfect Great place for 1 night or even longer!

A lovely, spacious and homely apartment, located on a quiet road near amenities. Perfect location for excursions to the Snæfellsnes peninsula. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable - we had great nights sleep! The kitchen was well equipped. The host was polite and super responsive. Highly recommended!! Thank to you the wonderful host.
