Cozy and presentable allotment garden with Scandinavian character. There are 2 houses of 57 m2 each (114 m2 in total), with a terrace in between. In one house there is a kitchen-living room, living room and toilet and in the other house there is a bedroom, room and bathroom. Cozy private south-facing garden with table, benches and garden chairs. Free parking is available in front of the house. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

Welcome to our lovely house in Valby, only 15 minutes from central Copenhagen, but in a quiet and cozy residential area closed to through traffic. The train station and metro are only a 5-minute walk from the house with direct access to the City. The house has been completely renovated over the last 10 years and is modernly furnished with many bedrooms spread over 3 floors and bathrooms on all floors. There are bedrooms for both children and adults and some nice outdoor areas with a large garden, pool, barbecue area, front garden and carport.

You will love this spacious house close to the airport, with fireplace, private pool 10x5 m, large garden with dart, badminton, gas grill and a huge trampoline. The house easily sleeps 8 persons in 5 seperate rooms. Babycot can be arranged additionally. Public transport takes you to downtown Copenhagen in 15 min, and 10 min walk to the beach and harbor. We have a sweet cat, that wander around the neighbourhood, that we hope you will feed during your stay. We are looking forward to hosting you:)

Property in the first row to the sea, 4 beds, free parking, electric car charger, a Spirii GO app is required to charge, quiet road, close to Copenhagen. Hvidovre Strandpark is close by. Here you will find, among other things, a child-friendly beach, a large green area, a marina and small, nice restaurants. Several good golf courses nearby, Royal Golf Club, Copenhagen Golf Club. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

Great working from home setup with a powered stand up desk, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse and leather office chair. Sleeping arrangements: - 180cm bed in the main bedroom - 160cm bed in guest room - 80cm or 160cm bed in kids room - Lounge has 140cm sleeping sofa All beds have top mattresses so very comfy!

The house has a great atmosphere with big windows that give a lot of light. On the main floor, we have the entrée which gives way to the living room and big kitchen, as well as the master bedroom and a bathroom. Stairs bring to the upper floor which has 3 children's rooms, and a toilet. In the basement, there is another guest room, a laundry room, and an extra bathroom. The garden is cozy and big enough for any kind of game. You can enjoy a bit of motion on the trampoline :)

Vi har en solrig terrasse og have, hvor vi prioriterer biodiversitet, afslapning og leg. Til børnefamilier er der højstole, pusleplads og tremmeseng tilgængelige. I nærområdet ligger Søndermarken, Københavns ZOO, Valby parken med strand. Indkøbsmulighederne er mange.
