Well-located two-room apartment with sauna. Lighted ski trails and outdoor trails are nearby. Katinkulta is approx. 1 km away. You can machine-wash your sportswear and tumble-dry it in a dryer. After your run, you can relax in the newly renovated sauna. A canopy can be found for your car with a heating plug. It is not possible to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle here. The nearest charging point can be found in the car park of the nearby S-Market. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning of the property. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.
