Now a lonely fisherman's dream home. It's not ruined with modern-day amenities more than getting electricity in the fridge. And if needed, charged by the phone. Well, maybe an electric light can be brought here in the dark of the fall... There is an outdoor toilet and drinking water is supplied. More can be fetched from the neighbour. Heat is provided by a drill mat, and the sauna can be raised with a bucket of water from the lake. It's also possible to replace that ball grill with gas for use. There's a coffee maker and a microwave in the facilities.😉

Atmospheric, off-grid beach cottage :) Gas fridge in the cottage. It's easy to prepare food in the spacious kitchen. A gas barbecue in the garden with a hotplate in the same place. With Aggrikaatti, you can easily make coffee and tea. Water is pumped directly to the sauna. Double bed in the loft + 2 bunk beds. A sofa to be spread out in the living room. An outhouse. Clean pets are welcome in the cottage. Haloes, linen and final cleaning are included in the price. 2 SUP boards in use. Guests will be informed of the location of the key.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain bike trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire place and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

The cottage is for 6 people (Max. 8 people), Built in 1999, kitchen, bedroom, spacious loft, electric sauna, bathroom/toilet, balcony, terrace, fireplace. The bedroom has a double bed. The loft has 2 beds, a 160 cm mattress and 2 spreadable rahia. Outdoor grill for summer use. The cottage is a 900 m walk to the ski resort. The lake shore is about 300 meters away, in summer there is also the possibility of boating, ask for an offer.
