Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Αμπέλου(23 χλμ. από Βαθύ, 14 χλμ. από Καρλόβασι) του όρους Καρβούνη. Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού και η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται 5 χλμ. μακριά. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1-5 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό , ένα μονό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Έχει προσβασιμότητα από δρόμο με άσφαλτο και δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ στα όρια του οικοπέδου. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια και είναι ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις στη φύση.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
