Beautiful detached house on an estate with a large garden and fruit trees, next to the river. It has a bedroom, a comfortable bathroom (and a 2nd outdoor one) and a living room-kitchen. It has modern household appliances (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, solar water heater). For the winter, there is a functional fireplace. Very close to a cafeteria, bakery, grill, mini market. Ideal for hunters, friends of sports in the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the house.

It is fully equipped with everything necessary, taking care of your comfortable stay to accommodate you and your loved ones. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, a popular market, the main square, TAXI, café, bakery, banks, florists, shops, pastry shops, pharmacies and all services. Access is very easy on foot!!
