Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. The house is simple but there is no lack of charm and coziness, an excellent space to enjoy special moments with family and friends. It has a nice balcony where there is a breeze coming from the Lagoon and behind a small space with a barbecue and a delicious shower to cool off. It has an excellent location for having access to Lagoa on foot and for being a very quiet street. It has kitchen utensils available and a smart TV in the living room. We do not accept PETS.
