Monthly Rentals in Ihtiman

This is a great place to stay close to the ladies market and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The store across the street sells the best horseradish potato chips and a wide selection of cold beer. It is on the top (3rd) floor so you would need to be good with some stairs. On thing is that I found it wonderful to awake to the cooing of the pigeons each day, but I could see others not appreciating them.

We've stayed in this apartment for more than a month. Quite a long time. The place was fantastic. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment is located 20 meters from bus stop with line 310 which takes you to the city center every 10 minutes. Near the apartment there is Zapaden Park (brilliant, huge green area), sauna, gym and Kaufland. You can be sure that the owners answer every single question you have and do their best to help you :) Long story short: ideal place for both short and very long stays. Can really recommend it!

Awesome! I don't know how to describe it any other way! The location is great, there are 24 hour shops 2 3 km away in Vacarel, parking for the cars inside is big, the yard and great, everything is new and preserved. The house itself di is very stylish, people have thought of everything! There is nothing missing, not to comment on even the compliments of them. Communication was great, responsive and smart people. I would come back here every month! Good luck ! You guys are awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay - the place was newly refurbished, clean and right next to the yastrebets lift. Grisha was very responsive throughout the stay. Would recommend for a quick skiing trip (must have a car)
