The house has 3 bedrooms, connected living room / kitchen, bathroom, sauna, utility room, second shower in upstairs and two toilets, as well as a large terrace. There is space for two cars in the yard. Bedclothes, towels for 7 people, and final cleaning are always included.

Also close to Vellamo and Kotka's beautiful parks, as well as Xamk. The apartment has everything you need to live. Sauna shift in the apartment booked on Saturdays from 6 pm to 7 pm.
