Our country house is located just up from our own private forest, which connects to Nedergaard forest. It is only 3 km to Rørbæk lake and 6.8 km to Hampen lake. Many lovely walking trails directly from the villa. Free parking and the option of electric charging.

Welcome to Fyrrehøjen, a great location in the lovely Lighthouse Quarter in Virklund. The apartment is the 1st floor of our 200 sqm house. The apartment has a separate entrance. We live in the house on the ground floor, and on a daily basis, the 1st floor is also in use occasionally. From the house there is 10 minute walk to the forest. 900 meters to Thorsøbadet 300 meters to two good playgrounds. 1.1 km to Brugsen (shopping) the city's lovely communal park with playground, pump track, fire cabin, etc. 5 km to Silkeborg C

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. In this unique and stylish home, centrally located in Herning, there is room for coziness for the whole family both outside and inside. Inside, there's room for play, crea, and cozy moments of cooking. Outdoors, the sunny days can be enjoyed on the large terrace with built-in spa, outdoor shower and lots of cozy nooks. The kids can play ball, jump on the trampoline or play in the sandbox. In the garden, there is also the opportunity to use our exercise room with weight stand, dumbbells and rowing machine.

There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

The apartment is 40m2 and is an extension to my house. The house is centrally located in Silkeborg in very quiet neighborhood. It is a 5-minute walk to the train station, the city and the forest. There is a private entrance, free parking and access to the terrace and garden. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but with a sofa bed in the living room, more people can stay.
