La Chaumière in Kergonan is one of the oldest and most authentic thatched cottages on the island. Its charm comes from the natural elements of the thatch (of course!), the stones and wood. As owners, we love it because it offers a great deal of comfort, conviviality and privacy. With the sea just a few meters away, and an extensive garden, La Chaumière in Kergonan is ideally located to spend some quality time relaxing with family and friends. On 6500 m² of wooded land, charm and authenticity of a renovated old property with sea view with veranda, fireplace and direct private access to the sea. Comfort, elegance and rejuvenation in nature. A 2nd renovated building allows to extend the reception capacity on the same property: bedroom 6, shower room, toilet, kitchen with 2nd fridge, small living room with fireplace and a sofa bed + a single convertible bed for larger groups. Shed with laundry room + outdoor shower.

La petite maison et son jardin de 400m² plein sud est située au coeur de l'Ile ou tout est accessible à pied (plages/port/commerces). Conçue comme une cabane (avec tout le confort d'une maison!) elle est entièrement en bois avec des lits nichés comme dans une cabine de bateau! C'est un havre de paix, de calme et de repos en contact direct avec l'extérieur ou se trouvent balançoire et trampoline pour les enfants, coin feu, terrasse bois et un cabanon pour le rangement.
