Ideally located on the coast to enjoy the quiet as a couple, with family or friends. The cottage has a private entrance and enclosed garden/terrace, the spa is also private and accessible year-round. The bed is made before your arrival, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided as well as a mattress topper for the sofa bed.

Our "little piece of paradise" is close to the beach and shops (a grocery store 300 m away and the beach 500 m away). You will appreciate it for the comfort and tranquility, in a quiet area of the island. The 2 terraces will allow you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. It's good for solo travelers and families (with kids). This is a great base for exploring the island! Please leave the house as clean as you found it on arrival!

For this summer, availability is limited to the last week of August 2025 and a few weekdays in September 2025. The house, located by the water in the beautiful setting of the Anse du Laber, is ideal for 12 people. Equipped with an 8p hot tub, you can relax while admiring the sea, offering an incomparable moment of relaxation. The expansive kitchen area allows you to share meals while enjoying 180° panoramic views of the tide.

New entire accommodation, 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and some beaches. The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen, the sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with an adjoining shower room. A small wooden terrace leads to the studio and is private.
