Very nice, spacious apartment on the 5th floor of quiet building. Close to the most beautiful touristic spots: Jardins du Palais Royal, Louvre, Jardins des Tuileries, Opéra Garnier, rue saint honoré, place Vendôme and Montorgueil... Great shopping, great restaurants & bars! Cinemas & theaters all around! Perfect for Fashion Weeks & Holiday seasons! This is an apartment which is "lived" so not everything is perfect.

Located on the 4th floor without elevator in a listed building from 1640, it combines old world charm with modern comfort. Its bright living room under the rooftops opens onto a sunny terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris. It has a functional fireplace, a piano, and a washing machine and dishwasher for extra comfort.

Very nice and typical apartment, 60 m2, last floor with elevator, fully equipped In the Marais near Carreau du Temple et rue de Bretagne. Nice view on the sky and sunsets. Charm, calm and light .Visit the historic centers of Paris and its shops, bars, restaurants, museums and terraces. 2 bedrooms (one for one person bed (90x200cm)and the other with bed 160x200cm).

Amazing apartment totally renovated facing one of the most ancient Gothic cathedrals in the world, preciously decorated. Very sunny 4th floor walk-up located between the Louvre and Pont Neuf, with a bedroom (queen size bed) , a large living room with a very confortable sofa bed (140x190), full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, fireplace, flat TV and fast wifi!

Located in the 3rd district (Beaubourg, Montorgueuil, Le Marais), the duplex (5th & 6th Floors) is very sunny and quiet, with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris. Recently renovated, with high beamed ceilings and beautiful hardwood floor.
