Right in the heart of Port Joinville, you'll be close to shops, pavement cafés and the market. The apartment (75 m²) is located above Foxy Burger. The large living/dining room overlooks the street, with a partial view of the quayside. The spacious, bright living room features a mezzanine area filled with games and toys, as well as a TV. Books, DVDs in the library, and a table football table! Bedrooms on the courtyard side, away from the street. We lend out one inflatable paddleboard and two beginner surfboards.

The price includes Airbnb fees, NEW YORK cottage in the OLD SCHOOL establishment. The former private nursery school on the Île d'Yeu is ready to welcome you... From June to September, when the swimming pool is open, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10. As the swimming pool is not supervised, this rule is in place for safety reasons and to ensure everyone's peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding (heated swimming pool in July and August)
