The house is also conveniently located 5 minutes by bike from the equestrian center or tennis club and 10 minutes by bike from the sailing school. Many beaches accessible about 15 minutes by bike: the beaches of Les Vieilles or Soux, the beaches of Les Sapins, Le Marais Salé or Les Conches.

Sea view and ideally located, the house is 4 minutes by bike from Port-Joinville and 1 minute from the first beach. On the ground floor: Living room, dining and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 dorm (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 toilet. Nice garden and terrace protected by an awning. Outdoor shower with hot water. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.
