You'll have a great time at this comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. Quiet house with private parking, a pleasant garden, a sea view from the bedroom depending on the flow of the tides.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

Modern with "high-end" equipment and bedding, you can enjoy 4 paddles and a 3-seater canoe (2 adults and a child) to stroll in the lagoon of Ile Grande with transparent waters.
