The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

If you come with children, one of the 3 bedrooms will be equipped with 4 single beds. The beach of Roc'h Ascoat is 2 steps from the house. Quiet area, shops, restaurants and beaches of Tresmeur, Goaz Trez and Pors Tremen and marina within walking distance

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.
