Well located house, close to everything, comfortable accommodation, with everything you need for a stay. Only on rainy days, the block where the apartment is runs out of water on rainy days, the only flaw so far. Otherwise, only praise.

Gladys and her husband were kind, always very helpful. The apartment a cute one, right next to the beach. Suveiros with abundant water, good beds and mattresses. I will return with ctz.

Our stay was very satisfying , the apartment was very clean organized, the kitchen with plenty of utensils , the atmosphere is very cozy .

The house is excellent, beautiful, comfortable and with all the utensils for those who like to make their own food. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a pizza oven and we even liked the diamond-shaped ice tray. In addition to making us feel at home, César was flexible with the schedule, allowing us to spend even more!

Picinguaba is a beautiful and quiet place. For those who like beach without agitation, rest and contemplation of nature; it renews body and soul. The house is a cute, very cozy, all-equipped, as per the announcement. Everything is well organized, from the first with Marília, which gave us valuable directions as to the place. Mrs. Lucia, who received us, was very attentive and helpful. These were wonderful days!!!!

The stay at the house was flawless. Michelle was one of the best hosts who ever welcomed us, always very helpful and friendly. We also took our little dog who loved the stay and had a lot of fun. The house is very good, super comfortable and cozy, having all the necessary amenities and even more! We will definitely return, one of the best places we've ever stayed!

Very quiet stay, well located, pharmacy, market and restaurant nearby! 25 minutes walking from downtown Paraty to the house. The Host responds fast, clean environment, everything working. Good kitchen utensils.

We were there from January 2-5, 2025 with 7 people, 6 adults and 1 child. The house is exactly as advertised: clean, full of utensils for use, especially in the kitchen. All rooms with air-conditioning. Quiet and safe street. Very close to good beaches, 20 minutes from the historic center of Paraty (by car). The host was very helpful. One of the best we've ever had. She answered all questions very quickly and indicated options for tours and nice beaches. Thanks a lot!

It was an excellent stay. Ana and Alcir are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to help us. The place is nice and safe too. Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The shower is very nice. Sérgio and Flaviane are super polite and supportive. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the space is large. Loved it and will be back again for sure. For people like us who love to explore the place the location is great.

Spacious apartment in an elegant, historic-style complex with charming gardens. It gets plenty of natural light, has lots of room to store your clothes and belongings, and is well-equipped with kitchen amenities, including a coffee maker. There’s drinking water, a good hot shower, and a bidet. Plenty of parking space. The location is great—walking distance to downtown and the beach—and the area feels very safe. I recommend asking about the short hidden path up the hill that leads to a lookout with a spectacular view. The host was always available and communication was excellent. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay!
