Located 2 km from the village, downtown where you can find the commerce, restaurants and pizzeria, Pharmacy and small supermarkets and emporiums, as well as a beautiful pier. House located 500m from Siriúba beach and 500m from Viana beach ( between the two). Both with renowned restaurants (Balena and Viana, the latter has the best shrimp cone). Casa is located in Praia do Pontal da Cruz (see through the Waze App, as Google Map recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is right). Large single-story house with land of 2000 m2, facing the sea. Pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and beachside trees and poolside barbecue. Fast boat trips access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

Large house, great location (next to the beach and bike path). Close to restaurants and local shops. It has a private pool and a barbecue. All rooms have air conditioning. 2 suites with balcony and closet. A semi-suite with balcony. Gourmet kitchen with island , cooktop, and top notch appliances.
