Charming chalet with a suite and a living room, one bathroom, ceiling fan, cable TV, live Wi-Fi fiber 30mb, minibar, stove, sink and kitchen utensils in general, next to the waterfall, close to the shopping center with markets, pharmacies and 1 km from Perequê Beach. There is no garage, but it is possible to park next to the house. Come and sleep in a quiet place and in the middle of nature, close to everything, flat street and sidewalk, easily accessible. the house is a little piece of heaven in Ilhabela. It is located on Siriuba hill, north of Ilhabela, the city's most upscale region and from where it is possible to appreciate the entire length of the São Sebastião channel. Guests will have access to a guest house with an equipped kitchen, Smar TV, Wi-Fi, air cond, balcony, a double bed and a single bed and also a suite with a queen bed and air cond located in the pool area. The extra room will only be available if rented for at least 3 adults.
