Great location in Engenho D água II, in a strictly high-end residential neighborhood, 1.5 km from Praia do Engenho D´Água and close to the village and Sea Club (less than 2 km) and close to the village(historic center).

The property is furnished in a colonial style and offers all the amenities you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Enjoy the beach in the morning and the pool at sunset.
