Karla is an attentive host and communicates clearly and quickly. The house is exactly as shown in the photos in a quiet condominium. The outdoor area (newer construction) is ideal for family gatherings, with a nice and well-maintained pool. I certainly recommend it.

The house next to the sea is wonderful. You can hear the sound of the waves from the room! The balcony is huge, sitting all the time watching the sea and the waves breaking! We had barbecues on the top floor! Haroldo is a blessing in the house! His assistance is first class! He is attentive with everything! The house worked perfectly, the pool is beautiful! We can say that we will return without a doubt!

House as promised, clean and close to the beach. Moisés served us well. Access road was land and very bad.

This house by the sea delivers what you advertise and a little more: the super attention and care of the owners so that everything goes smoothly during your stay and that you make the most of the house and the Nature that surrounds it. Clean linen and bath linens, smelly, and soft. Housewares at your disposal. The house has a bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs. There is a suite with a good bathroom in an annex in addition to another full bathroom for those who come from the sea. They offer beach toys for kids… that love the place because it's just a little gate and if it's by the sea. A lovely place!

The stay was wonderful! The house is very comfortable, cozy and complete!! The place is very pleasant, with swimming pool, sand court, easy and close access to the beach. The beach is very quiet and was a great family stay with our children. The house's impeccable organization and cleaning. The perfect space for those looking for rest, comfort and tranquility. The hosts are very helpful and attentive, they have adapted the house to our needs with children. Karina was always available for tips and to help us. We had an issue with our flight from the airline and helped us. Indico as one of the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in and sure we'll be back.

I really like the place, easy to find, no mistake!! Very well ventilated, clean and comfortable house. Very attentive owners and receptive to bringing pets, I even took one! They respond quickly, answer all questions, very helpful in general. Strongly recommend it! Bonus: The house has a gourmet area in the backyard where you can bring friends together for a barbecue and chat!

Alex's accommodation is wonderful, it has everything you need for a great stay, close to many leisure alternatives, restaurants, gyms, in addition to the available beach extension. The apartment is beautiful, super well decorated and equipped. Clean and fragrant linens. Great and cozy furniture. The building has all remote access, so I had to register and still keep intercoming to release it, there is a girl at the reception who was harsh with us, but that was the only negative point, the apartment is great!

Lucas is an amazing host and is always available and makes its guests super at ease. The images are exactly as the location is. Organized, cleaned and with everything we need. an impeccable view and a super well located place. I will definitely return and stay on site again. And will be my nomination for friends and family. Anyway, I'm extremely delighted with the venue and host.

Initially I can say that expectations were exceeded when we arrived at the house. The pictures were certainly not able to show the reality of the place that is much more beautiful. The house is new, well decorated and very functional. The view is truly spectacular and lives up to the promised. I would also like to make up the details and whims of the hosts. They think of the details, for example: they left 3 gallons with drinking water, citronella candles for insects ( nor were they used, as there were practically no insects), beach and shrimp chairs, bed clothes, household utensils, in short, very well equipped. As we went to pass New Year's, they left us a sparkling wine. Caring makes all the difference! We had some unforeseen events with the water tank, but the hosts were quick and quick to take care of everything. Finally I recommend the location, without a doubt!

Natalia's apt exactly matches the listing description. Very nice! The outside area of the apartment is great for staying, TV with all the channels in the living room which was great. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Natalia is wonderful , she did everything to help us, super attentive, gave us many tips. There are good markets nearby and an ice cream shop that was a success. The condominium is very good, the car space of the apartment is in front of the entrance of the block. The pool and barbecue area is very good, the condominium is very quiet. I was super satisfied and coming back to Ilheus, definitely where I will stay.

Rama's apartment is spectacular! No defects! It was neatly tidy, with blankets, bath towels and super-smelling sheets! The view is beautiful and the access to the best beaches, do not even use the car! My children used the gym, game room and pool a lot! We felt at home and Rama answered us promptly when we needed information! I will come back other times and refer anyone! Know it, you will love it! Thanks, Rama!

As I reported that I was going with an old person, he cleared the check-in at 12 noon. All very clean, comfortable accommodations, very organized and clean bedding. Safe, organized condominium with helpful staff. Very clean pool and the perfect beach! Voltaria for sure and I will recommend it to friends who come to Ilhéus!!All perfect!! He sent us tips of places to visit and restaurants.

My stay was excellent, we had no problem, super organized and clean apartment, good decoration. Mr. Milton always available. The beach in front is great for bathing and hiking. My children loved it, we even added one day to our stay. However, you need to have a car to reach other beaches, restaurants and markets. Nothing too far away, 20 minutes is in the center of Serra Grande. The condominium itself needs painting and maintenance, but the apartment and the beach make up. I'll come back other times.

The apartment is great, literally on the sand, with a sea view, everything in perfect condition, nothing is missing, it has all the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bath and beach towels, games for those who like them. I felt like I was at home. I wish I could have stayed there for about 8 more days 😂
