The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

Cosy cottage in Addingham, local pubs and amenities close at hand. Bolton Abbey within the Yorkshire Dales National Park is less than 3 miles away; as well as the neighbouring spa town of Ilkley. Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide.
