Holiday rentals with a fireplace in West Yorkshire

This is a great cottage. Easily accessible from major roads, yet tucked away in a quite, peaceful location with minimal passing traffic and views over farms and moorland. . The cottage is beautifully presented, clean and comfortable, with all facilities as listed. We loved the wood burning stove. Gary and Julia were friendly, accommodating hosts. Highly recommended. One word of warning, the cottage is close to the top of a very steep lane; not really walking distance to any amenities unless you are quite a robust specimen!

Yasin was very responsive and accommodating with the timings and the place was clean and well looked after.

Lovely cottage close to great restaurants and pubs, as well as the dam and lovely woods. Fantastic cycling routes nearby. We particularly liked the Fox and Hounds which had live music and great food and real ale. The cottage was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Alexandra provided very clear instructions which was most helpful. Would love to return.

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

This was a great find. Very comfortable, in an excellent location. Take note of other reviews that talk about how vertical everything is, inside and out. It really is! But it's fun to climb down and back up from town. We really appreciated the blackout blinds on the top floor. Lucy was a great host and answered a couple of questions instantly. Lots to do in the area so we hope to come back.

Lovely home, we stayed for 3 nights. Lovely town in a perfect location with some lovely walks nearby. The home was well equipped with everything we needed with the added touch of cosiness with the log fire. Just something constructive and maybe help others in the future is to have more than 1 toilet roll but otherwise a great stay and we’ll definitely be back 😀

We stayed at Alisha’s place for a local wedding and it was the perfect base for us. Lots of room for four of us to get ready and cosy and clean to come back to. Alisha was great at communicating if we had any questions.

Cozy terrace house, beautifully decorated, we felt right at home. Good soundproofing between bedrooms and didn’t hear the neighbours so nice and quiet. Note that the staircases are extremely steep up to the 1st floor (master bedroom and single bedroom) as well as spacious bedroom on the second floor. One bathroom with lots of hot water and a great bath and shower. Enclosed garden for our dog was great, thanks for the dog welcome bowls and treats ! Parking was on the street right outside.

Lovely property - beautifully decorated with original features and lovely little touches that make it feel like a home. Avril was super responsive and supportive when we needed some help. She genuinely couldn't have been a better host.

The apartment was lovely, clean, well kept and just as described. Sadiya was also amazing, friendly, welcoming and always quick to respond if we needed anything. She really made the stay feel easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fantastic stay at Jules’s place! We felt at home immediately. It was spotless, and had everything we needed. The bedroom was like a hotel room! Couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at Martin and Carmen's flat! Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay with our dog. Comfortable, clean and a great location for buses into town or a lovely stroll into Headingley.

Excellent accommodation. Beautifully done and great base for our family of 4 for a 1 night stopover. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants and amenities. Booking process, easy, hassle free - would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you Ruth.

What a wonderful place to escape for a few days. The flat was perfect - really comfortable, clean and spacious. A good hot shower and everything we needed in the kitchen to make life easy. Hebden Bridge is a fantastic place for a mooch and the markets were lovely. Great walks in the area- we didn't need to use the car all weekend.
