The apartment is located in a very quiet area, we live in the RC. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who are claustrophobic. It is served by a lift for people with minor disabilities, which is also used by other able-bodied people. There is a private emergency exit via an internal staircase, and access from the basement allows complete independence. The entrances, exterior gate, main gate and garage door are operated with a badge. Small pets are accepted on request.

Another world in another time

This luxury vacation rental of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious years". Renovated while preserving the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis accessible at any time.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Heated indoor pool is totally reserved for you, it is usable year-round. Located 45 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from Angers and 1 hour 10 minutes from Nantes, it is ideal for family or professional stays. The house has a cozy and warm decoration in a very comfortable living space.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the marine landscapes and their benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is accessible all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic cover, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.
