This luxury vacation rental of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious years". Renovated while preserving the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis accessible at any time.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

The house has a cozy and warm decoration in a very comfortable living space.

In the continuity of our home, an 80 m2 "cottage" on two levels in the countryside. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood stove, sitting area. Upstairs, a large bedroom with beams and ceiling height. Pool, generally accessible from June to end of September. We provide barbecue and tables. Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

Each home has its own independence and outdoor space. Swimming pool open from April, temperature varies according to the weather. It is shared by all the cottages. PLAYGROUND ideal for the kids. Linen not provided or extra charge of 10 euros per bed and 5 euros per person for towels.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Small haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic stay or even for work. You can relax in the (private) Nordic bath provided, with one heating per day. We have all the equipment for babies: twins and triplets!
