We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Small haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic stay or even for work. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, we live on the ground floor. The apartment, not intended for people with reduced mobility, claustrophobes should refrain, is served by a private elevator, and emergency exit by interior stairs, access by the basement allows total independence. The entrances, exterior gate, gate and garage door are done with a badge. On request small animals are accepted free of charge

The gite is located 15 km away from the center of Rennes. Our cottage is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover Brittany. Cancale, Saint-Malo, Golf du Morbihan, La Gacilly, Rochefort-en-Terre or Dinan and Fougères as well as the famous Brocéliande forest.
