Holiday rentals with beach access in Ille-et-Vilaine

Beautiful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, furnished and tastefully decorated, very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and with all the necessary comforts (wifi, kitchen and cleaning products, sheets, towels, etc.). The location is ideal, all walks and activities are within walking distance, such as beaches, the city center and Les Halles. Yves Marie is an available host, responsive, very accommodating! We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Aurélien's beautiful apartment, nothing is missing. The view is superb, and we were able to enjoy the terrace which is a real plus with the Easter sun! Aurélien is very friendly and pleasant, we will be happy to come back for other walks nearby.

We were travelling with bicycles and Yann’s place was perfect for us to start our cycle trip around Brittany. It’s a very short way from the ferry arrivals which was useful for our late arrival, secure bike storage area and lots on space in the living area for all of our bags. Large house ideally located in Saint Malo, close to the beach! We were able to accommodate 10 with family without any problem, the house is faithful to the description and Isaline was very responsive to our requests and very accommodating on schedules! A big thank you, we had a great time!

We had a great week with our family at La Hunière. The house is cozy, the living room is suitable for small children and the fireplace is very nice after a day at the beach (2 steps from the house!). A big thank you to Edouard and Mrs. Menard who were very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful and easy to discover from St Cast Le Guildo. We recommend!

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious and everything is present. We also enjoyed the spacious terrace very much. We'd love to come back!

We are just back from a lovely stay at this house and had a great time! The location is good for access to St Malo, Dinard and other villages. Not a huge amount to do in Saint Jacut-de-la-mer itself but a gorgeous beach literally 5 mins walk away. We had a lovely food in La Goëlette restaurant locally with very good service too. My only 2 negatives are that bedding wasn’t included in the booking which is the first time I have experienced this with Airbnb. You could hire sheets etc locally which could be delivered but that would have been an unnecessary increase in cost for us so we took our own. The duvets provided were nice but pillows were square so not very comfy in our rectangular pillow cases! I also didn’t find an information folder with details of doctors, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc in the property which would be helpful. Other than the 2 minor things above, this is a really great house and we would love to visit again!

It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. top accommodation in a beautiful environment. Close to walking trails. View of the exceptional accommodation from the various places on the terrace which is very large. The area is beautiful with many hikes or other things to do (St Malo by sea shuttle for example). Clément is very available and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

Large, bright and very clean studio facing the sea. "Feet in the water" is beautiful! Located in the city center, very close to restaurants, bakeries, Carrefour, etc. If you also like hiking you have the opportunity to enjoy it, even with a hiking guide. I would like to thank Lou, the youngest daughter of Régine and Philippe who was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay.
