It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.

An interior space features rustic stone walls and large windows allowing ample natural light. A vintage bicycle is displayed, alongside a small television on an industrial-style cabinet. Decorative elements include a wreath and various signs, contributing to an eclectic ambience.
