We really enjoyed our stay at Audrey’s place. She was also immediately responsive to any questions we had. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was our only critique of the stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for walkability to Old Town and the train station.

This was our second stay at Remario's apartment, we loved it just as much as last time. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is perfect for the train station, where it is very quick and easy to get trains out to various destinations for day trips. Check in was great and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend it, and plan to return.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of as well, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today Amazing views of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It is very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Charming house just minutes from Pietra Ligure… tranquility in the countryside very close to the sea. House equipped with all the comforts, excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for those who love the quiet of the hill and the ability to reach the beaches in a short time.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

the stay at stephane's place was really pleasant , comfortable house equipped with everything you need convenient to supermarkets and restaurants, I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the balcony view is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking lot is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment is very well-equipped: electric shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Perfect for a family. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc. and the living room TV is great and there are Netflix accounts already set up for guests in multiple languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice. We highly recommend this listing.
