Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. We welcome you to our studio located in the heart of Nevers, a short walk from all shops and in the historic center. You can enjoy the tranquility offered by this charming studio located on the ground floor of our townhouse and overlooking a beautiful tree-lined courtyard. After a day of vacation or work, you can relax with peace of mind. The studio has kitchen, living and sleeping areas with 160 x 200 cm bed + mattress topper. The most comfortable bed in Nevers!

La gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Appartement lumineux et calme, donnant sur une petite cour avec vue sur les vieux toits, dans une immeuble ancien de deux étages. Arrêts de bus à proximité, parking souterrain dans la rue et stationnement gratuit dans le quartier.

Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.

Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
