The new and impeccable eh apartment! Everything is extremely clean, smelling bed and bath linens, super full kitchen - it even has AirFryer! Beach a few meters of walking, with excellent beach service! The apartment also has more chairs, sun umbrellas and even a cooler! We love our stay and look forward to coming back soon! Last weekend of March 2025 I and my family stayed in Thomas's apartment, we are in 10 adults and two Yorks puppies (they enjoyed a lot of green area and apartment as well) and EVERYTHING went as planned. The environments are spacious giving guests privacy. Kitchen with plenty of varieties of utensils and appliances in addition to the large pots to prepare meals for large families. We were able to enjoy the beach and the heated pool of the building. Renewed Energy!!! We will definitely return other times.

Apto correspond with the ad, td clean and organized, always attentive Junior, very close to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Shopping Mall our stay was perfect, I recommend, I will definitely come back more times.

Me and my family loved the apartment. Extremely organized, clean, with exceptional bed-table-bath material. The property's location is excellent, mainly because it gives direct access to the beach. Finally, the host is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I also want to put on record the immense pleasure of having met the owner Dalva, the apartment's caretaker, because she is a very polite person and an excellent professional.

The house is exactly like this in the photos. Everything in the photos and description had in the house until my stay. Kitchen equipped with everything essential. Janine very attentive, excellent host. We had some common setbacks that can happen (washing machine had been damaged the previous weekend, and the provider ended up taking a couple of days to change, there was a leak in the kitchen sink, in the hot part, as it has heated and cold water), but soon after informed Janine and the respendable by the Erivaldo Check-in and Check-out, they have already prepared in the resolution. Indenpendent of the setbacks, the stay was wonderful, the house is really amazing as already pointed out in other evaluations that were a watershed in the decision.

The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

Casa Linda, clean, well equipped and with everything working perfectly.. Guilherme was very helpful in everything I needed! The condominium is excellent, beautiful, with many leisure options, blocks, restaurant.. there was no time to enjoy everything! The only addendum that I did not read anywhere, is that to go to the beach, you have to leave the condominium (module 2) and enter module 3 that is on the other side of the avenue, but nothing that gets in the way! This beach is also next to Riviera, so it's easy to get there! We had great days!

Despite some problems we had with the air conditioning of one of the suites and pool heating, due to poor maintenance performed by the energy company, host Jade sought in several ways to try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. The house is very comfortable, and although it does not have direct access to the beach, it is very close to the access. We went with two dogs and the fully surrounded house was a high point in our stay and tranquility with them.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with nearby grocery and bakery, which makes everyday life much easier. The house is simply charming: beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and with high quality items. A true charm! Marcel was super attentive, always responded quickly and was very kind to us. A Val, a homemade, also received us with a lot of education and care. In addition, the morning checkin is a differential. It was a perfect weekend!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and yet I was able to enjoy it. The Hosts were very requested and responded promptly to me when I needed it. In addition, the condominium cleaning staff is available for any more urgent needs with bed linen etc.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.
