This is a newly renovated property with the adventure traveler in mind. Whether seeking out museums, arts & cultural events, or the many recreational opportunities the Adirondacks offer, we hope this is the perfect base for your travels. Our goal was to create a space and features that we appreciate when traveling. Unique rooms with clean, simple lines, glassware and mugs, coffee-tea-cocoa with real half and half, and towel warmers! The sink is located in the room itself, with shower and toilet in ensuite bathroom, making it easier for multiple users. Rooms 4 and 5 are offer an optional adjoining configuration, and the two cabins in the rear of the property adjoin the fire pit area. Please note that we are a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Adirondack boutique motel experience on the sandy shore of 4th Lake. Listen to the waves gently roll in while falling asleep in this one of a kind room. Along with beach access, guests will have the freedom to roam the 11 acre grassy property complete with lawn games and playground equipment. This room is ideal for snowmobilers! Park right in front of your door and hop on the trail that runs through the property. Lakeside access for winter activities. Plenty of trailer parking available!

This room is Shakespeare's Den. $215/night All rooms have private locks on doors and also a deadbolt! This room has a plush queen size bed, the room, with romantic softly lit loft, a private bathroom, A/C, a kitchenette that has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, Smart TV/cable/Roku A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Mon-Wednesday is an assortment of breakfast foods and fresh coffee. All days are 8-10am. Lake boat tours: offered daily for a low price.

Restored with Care & Love, This Historical Restaurant, Boutique Hotel. Events Space serves as a community hub and gathering space. The Boutique Hotel at The Bond dates back to the year 1812 and holds 10 beautiful rooms which have private bathrooms as well as upgraded amenities provided in each room. We offer private space for events amid beautiful and spacious grounds with fireplaces and waterfalls. Each of our rooms are unique, which is part of what makes The Bond so special.

Located on Main Street in Northville, we are in the heart of our downtown Great Sacandaga Lake community! The Timeless Tavern Inn overlooks the beginning of the Northville Lake Placid Trail, and is steps away from several local restaurants (including our own, by the same name, right below our Inn!) and shops. Not to mention, our village's waterfront park and pavilion is directly behind our parking lot, and is host to summer concerts, walking paths and local village fairs!

Our classic motel-styled rooms offer bright, cozy accommodations that have been completely renovated! Featuring Flat Screen TV’s, large butcher block counter tops, and mini-fridge. Free high speed (20 Mbps) internet access available through LAN WiFi throughout the property. Two extra long full Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses can sleep up to 4 people total. Walking from Mirror Lake, Cobble Hill Trailhead and Main Street, Lake Placid.

Balsam Suite 19 (2nd Floor)

Spend time with your family, enjoying our private sandy beach right on Lake George. We have a picnic area, barbecues, a perfect viewing area for the weekly Thursday night fireworks, and much more! Adirondack style lodging with 2 queen beds to sleep 2 adults and is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Heat, air conditioning, cable TV and WiFi internet service is included.
