“Kate's home is clean and cozy. This was my family's first time at PSJ and it won't be our last! We love that Kate's home and the town is very pet friendly. My dogs loved Cape San Blas. The house had all the bathroom essentials and plenty of towels. The internet worked fine, and there is cable, and a DVD player. Our favorite place to eat was Dagwood's sandwich shop. Most places are closed Sundays so plan accordingly.”

“My wife and I found great value in this retail. We were looking for something about $100/night close to the water and other activities and that is what we got. The forgotten coast was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael but they are rapidly rebounding and rebuilding. Despite the damage done to the area there is still good water access and very hospitable restaurants and bars between Apalachicola and Mexico Beach. This is a low key get away with the possibility of making some great memories.”

Watch the dolphins, seabirds and horses meander by. Sit under an umbrella with your favorite book or take a leisurely stroll down the beach collecting sea shells. “Tighe & Debbie were fantastic hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our short vacation. We have a 2 1/2 year old and this home made it easy to relax. Everything was on the main floor that we needed. We ended up bringing a gate to put on the stairs so our little one wouldn’t play on them. But we did go up to the loft and watch a movie and played some games. There was plenty of space for her to run around but yet it was still safe. We loved the screened in porch in the mornings while eating breakfast. The views from the kitchen were always amazing-unless the sea fog was rolling in. We spent most of our time at the beach. The sand toys and beach chairs/umbrellas were great because we didn’t have to buy any or pack them ourselves. The beach cart was great too so we could roll everything out in one trip. We also loved the local restaurants and Weber’s donut shop is a must every morning! We have no negatives about this place. It was the perfect peaceful getaway that’s great a if you have small kids. Hands down this is probably our top vacation spot now and we will be back!! Thanks Tighe & Debbie for having us!!”
