This custom designed house features an open studio floor plan, with a queen bed and fold out sofa available. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

House is located at the North Central State Trail for snowmobiling, biking or leisurely walks. Launch your boat from the public boat ramp directly across the street and explore the inland waterways of Indian River, Burt Lake, Mullet Lake. We’re just a half-hour drive from Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and enchanting Mackinac Island.

The Lily Pad

Rustic cabin on Echo Lake with 60 ft. of beach, a dock for fishing and a swing for relaxing. Enjoy the sunrise, then enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with a screened in tiki bar equipped with refrigerator and gas grill on the water. Cabin has three bedrooms with queen beds, loft has a California king and a double bed. Loft also has a computer and kids area. Two full baths, outside dining area and a screened in lower deck with refrigerator, ceiling fan and hammock for relaxing.

Burt Lake Waterfront Hideaway

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

Snowmobile 5 different trail systems with access nearby. Enjoy the view!
