Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

My house is a typical canaria house from the 1800s, recently renovated respecting the ancients of the structure. In fact, inside you can admire an ancient canary roof, with ancient exposed beams and stone walls. The house is located within a pedestrian street, away from the confusion and noise, ideal for those looking for privacy and tranquility, but always a door walk from everything. The rooms are large and bright, the house is stocked with everything you need for your holiday.

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)
