Absolutely beautiful condo! The pictures are exactly what the unit looks like. It was the quickest and easiest 2 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was an amazing bonus too! The location is a little further (like a little over a mile) from downtown areas (like Rosemary), which was very peaceful, but not a quick walk. There is an amazing Sushi place right across 30A that we recommend and walked to often! Overall, extremely satisfied, especially with the price point! Would love to come back.

Connie introduced herself to us and she was super friendly. She has a separate building onsite. She also was kind enough to send items back that were left behind!! Great host!

We had the best stay at Steve's condo!! First and foremost Steve was a wonderful host - allowed us to check in a bit early and even let us leave our luggae in the garage while we enjoyed the last day before our flight home. The condo was absolutley beautiful and SPOTLESS. (we met the cleaning crew on our way out and she was so friendly too!) The kitchen had everything you could need from spices to cooking supplies- it was wonderful. The location is really nice - close to lots of shops and restaurants and the community pool is really beautiful too - our kids loved it! We will be back for sure!! Thank you Steve!!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend get away after a super stressful week…Kristen was super sweet and accommodating and hospitable…the condo is so cute, cozy and clean..and close to shops and restaurants and just steps away from the beautiful beach..will definitely be back ❤️
