Lovely home 5 minutes from Strawberry Hill USA, and 23 minutes to Tryon International Equestrian Center. Great spot if you are traveling through and want a full house to stay in. Plenty of room for parking, only 9 minutes to Boiling Springs, and about 20-30 minutes from Spartanburg and Greenville. Note: 1 Full bath and 2 half baths, typical of older homes. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
