The villa for rent is the old inspector's residence, completely secluded, with its own exit to the garden. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated and suitable for one or more families renting the house together.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet town of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house is the bike path towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: On 450 square meters over three floors extend the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen as well as an exclusive spa area with its own sauna and relaxation area. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house facing southwest, overlooking the estate park. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.
