Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The house with 58 sqm of living space has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 open living room with dining area and a fully equipped new kitchen. There are various fruit trees on the extensive property, which you are welcome to use seasonally.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Cities of interest are Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Würzburg, Bamberg and Nuremberg, which can be reached within 1 hour by train or car.

Cozy attic apartment on the 3rd floor

The cozy 1 1/2 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. We are very keen to make our guests feel comfortable, so we have changed a lot in the last year and, among other things, bought a new, wider bed, replaced the couch and created a reading corner that can quickly be modified into a second bed in the other room 😊

Our new building in Sommerach offers self-catering guests a fully equipped kitchen including A table with chairs is available indoors and outdoors on the terrace. The 160 cm wide cozy double bed ensures a pleasant night's rest. The old town is a 5-minute walk away.
