We loved our stay at this Pitsford oasis! The home was super clean, comfortable beds, spacious and had all listed amenities. Nice backyard for our pups to explore. We had a momma deer and her baby visit us in the backyard 2 days in a row! The neighborhood is a very pretty family neighborhood. Quiet and walkable with your pups! Go to BJ's about 10 min away and have a Pizookie dessert! Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Our host, Melissa, was excellent and an absolute pleasure to talk to & work with! Highly recommend!

There were a group of us (7 total) everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room. Also ample off street parking.

Great location! My husband and I really liked the private location as the house was at the end of a street across from a field. It was nice as you didn’t feel as if the neighbors were looking in on you. We liked being able to access the home through the garage for even more privacy. Home was very comfortable and as described. We also enjoy having a connected bathroom to the upstairs bedroom. As we arrived in the cold winter months, it was nice being able to adjust the heat to our satisfaction. We had a very comfortable stay. The home was not far from several surrounding restaurants and coffee shops. We would stay again. Thank you!

After a stressful cross-country move, we needed a place to stay while we looked for a house. Joanne's place was exactly what we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful, but still close to many things. It is a great location, within walking distance of the beach and walking trails. Even though it was freezing most of our stay, I still enjoyed taking walks in the woods at the end of the street. The house itself is very cute and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was clean and stocked for a long stay. Joanne was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Shirley's place was absolutely perfect for our needs! Couldn't get any closer to RIT - right down the road in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen amenities were phenomenal - the best of any place we've ever stayed! Thank you for all the snacks, spices and cookware! Loved making home-cooked meals for my RIT son and his GF. Plenty of clean towels, both kitchen and bath. I also appreciate the quality toilet paper and cleanliness of the house. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my parents (step-stool included) and I stayed upstairs. Everything was just as described, with top-notch communication. Easy access to the house with plenty of parking. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!

We absolutely loved our stay, we felt right at home. The location is beautiful. We would love to come back if the opportunity arose!

The place overall was decent it looks better in person than the photos I think some people should just watch out when booking with her because she is unprofessional when it comes to communication I stayed a weekend and after checking out I reached out to her because I lost something and she stated that it was getting cleaned for the next people who were staying about two or three days later she requested $200 from me stating that it was damages done and there were no damages done. her damages were the garbage not being taken out and the dishes not being done in the house smelling like grease because I fried chicken but when booking you pay a fee for cleaning on top of she stated that I was smoking and I was not smoking whatsoever and again if she felt as if I was smoking she should have reached out that same day that we were in contact about something that I had lost there instead she waited 2to 3 days later to just request money for a damages and again there were no damages done.

Nice little house that was clean and updated. Convenient and quiet enough location. Zero complaints and would stay there again if the opportunity arises. Good value for the money.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

Great peaceful place to stay while seeing local friends. Comfy inside, garage parking was an awesome plus and our dog absolutely loved the large open yard behind the guest house. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Was exactly what we needed for our weekend!

This modern farmhouse is an absolute dream! The setting is perfectly private and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet just a short 15-minute drive to multiple shopping plazas with everything you could need. It was the ideal spot for our family gathering—spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with entertainment for all ages. We enjoyed so much time on the front porch as well as in the barn playing pool, ping pong, pickleball and basketball! So much to do! The fully renovated main house and brand-new guest house provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The well-stocked kitchen made for easy meal prep, and we loved gathering around the large dining table (inside and out) for unforgettable family dinners. The kids had a blast with ‘Camp Cousins’—swimming in the hot tub, hanging out by the pool, playing games in the barn, and making memories that will last a lifetime. the kids enjoyed playing board games and watching movies in the huge bonus room.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

We really enjoyed Casey's house. The layout of the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and quite close to the events we came to the area for. The deck was nice. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed it. I grew up camping in tents, motor homes and trailers, and this was the easiest stay I have ever experienced. Comfortable bed, directions for everything were clear and easy to follow. Surrounded by nature, it was easy to see the stars and the moon. A very welcome change from the malls and lights surrounding RIT. It was cold at night, and the heater worked perfectly. I enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, knowing I could cook inside if I wished. Sandra was very welcoming to us and to our dog, and gave good recommendations for local restaurant options. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit, and really lucked out with the weather. Thanks for a very fun stay!! We hope to return in the spring!!

Kevin and April were very nice hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to address a minor issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were new and fluffy. We were there over Christmas and they had no issue with us putting up a Christmas tree to help the house feel cozy and festive! We would easily stay again and highly recommend this Airbnb.

We went to visit our son who lives in Irondequoit. This is a great location and I hope to come back during warmer weather and use more of the amenities. We have a blind dachshund and the house was very navigable for her.

Thanks again Gregory, we enjoyed the stay and the studio apartment; it was very comfortable and super clean. The area is pretty nice especially west of the apartment. Imagine it would be a very busy area in summer. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would return and recommend to friends!

We had traveled for about 12 hours and very tired when we arrived. It was very comfortable,and clean. Angela is very great host. We appreciate the quiet nights rest and will stay here again

Don’t miss this cozy cottage. Everything is thought of. Kindling and wood for the fire, ice in the trays and frosty mugs in the freezer. What a beautiful, special property. Relax and enjoy. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you both.

Laura's basement apartment was a treat. It's everything a guest could ask for: clean, excellent location, well-appointed. It had even had some snacks!

This was a perfect place to stay! Everything was very clean and has enough room for a big group of people. The views are amazing & could not recommend enough!! Host are super responsive as well!
