The Cozy Condo offers the privacy of a personal sanctuary and the amenities of a spa while providing all the comforts of home. While staying here you'll have access to two pools, a hot tub and community grills. Everything you need is provided from detergent to wifi. After every guest I personally clean the home and make sure there are plenty of freshly washed towels and bedding. It's the perfect place to stay whether you're visiting friends, traveling for work or just passing through.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Small eating/studying area with two chairs. Desk and desk chair. Full kitchen and Laundry. Patio with chairs. Gas grill. WiFi Pets welcome, please add them to the reservation. The place is part of the main house but separated from it by a wall whit no access to it.
