The Ruhr River and the Ruhr Valley bike path are nearby Train station 8 minutes walk. From Schwerte train station, the train takes 15 minutes to get to the soccer stadium Signal Iduna Park and the Westfalenhalle. From there, it is 3 minutes to Dortmund Central Station Highway A1, 5 minutes by car. Parking spot outside the house.

Holiday apartment with a large garden at the Ruhr

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

The apartment in the countryside with 45 square meters on the top floor is very quiet. It has a modern kitchen fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, etc.) and a new bathroom with shower. The double bedroom (single mattresses) overlooking the garden has an open wardrobe. In the living room with TV there is a small workplace (Wi-Fi). Just a minute's walk from Lake Phönix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class neighborhood is our apartment "Trallafitti." It was recently renovated and is modernly furnished. The apartment offers everything to spend a few relaxing days. You will have a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers a lot of restaurants and bars.

Our guest apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. Near the lung clinic (approx. 3 minutes' walk) and the city center (about 5 minutes' walk). Bed linens or corkscrew, everything is available. All shops and very good restaurants nearby. Bus station - 5 minutes' walk Highway A 46 - 5 minutes by car Parking spot outside the house. Check-in window 3 PM - 8 PM (later only by appointment)

Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.

Bright and modern apartment near the Ruhr

Large, bright apartment (90 sqm) directly on the Ruhrradweg with (some) Ruhrblick. Our modern, open-plan apartment sleeps up to 6 guests. Through a separate entrance and a private staircase, you have the greatest possible privacy. I leave the key so that a flexible check-in is possible. We're Dagmar and Ronny, looking forward to our Airbnb guests.
