The place is small but comfortable and super equipped. It has everything that can make your stay easy and enjoyable. The area is central, within walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. Alberto was kind and helpful (I arrived before the agreed time and left everything to welcome me). She explained everything to me about how the house works. I will definitely recommend it and come back, if I have to go back to Jesolo.

Though he wasn’t onsite during my stay he provided breakfast items and checked in often to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again!!!

Marco was a great host, friendly, helpful and quick in responding. He was very flexible when we had to change our estimated arrival time at short notice. However it is very difficult to predict exact timing when you drive 600 km. A self check-in would have been ideal for the host and the guests, as it was not pleasant for us too having to change the plan. The location is a quiet , safe residential area with friendly neighbors but a bit far away from the center on foot. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift and ideal for 2 persons. It looks like it was very recently renovated, everything was new, very clean and functional. What was missing was a washing machine and a dish washer. The Nespresso machine and the coffee capsules were a brilliant idea and very much appreciated. The heating system worked very well.

Second time we stayed here! Good price and internet was great! Certain power sockets were iffy but the host quickly fixed it and came for help in 10 minutes.
